Victoria Rattigan

Beginning as a solo endeavor by artist J. Victoria Rattigan almost 15 years ago in Maine, SHARD Pottery has grown into a thriving pottery business and a wonderful group of artisans. Keeping to the traditional designs and shapes which resembled early American potters, J. Victoria Rattigan has created her own unique and distinctive designs which are becoming as collectable as the Americana designs of the past. From her well recognized Coastal design which depicts a quaint coastal village with schooners passing along the shoreline to her Katahdin design which gives one the feeling that they are standing in one of Maine's finest State Parks. Detailed in color with mountains, a river and various wildlife such as a moose, bear and fox, this design captures the true spirit of Northern New England.
